What the season looked like, from the work itself
Camppy builds its reports from what the team records while working: cleanings, inspections, problems and gas deliveries. You choose the period and see how it compares with the same period last year.
Eight topics, one period
Reports are grouped by topic. You choose a year or a month, and each figure is compared with the same period of the previous year. A “Worth a look” list shows where the period differs from the campsite’s average.
Filters narrow a report by team, cleaning type and location. Reports are in the administrator’s view, so reception sees them too.

Readiness, teams and quality
Readiness shows how many units with a cleaning on the arrival day were ready by check-in time, by day of the week, with an estimated cause for each delay. Teams shows cleanings per team and per person, working days, late starts and actual against planned duration by cleaning type and unit category.
Quality shows the share of cleanings that passed inspection first time, rework by team and by week, and units sent back more than once. Problems and tasks shows reports by reason, time to resolution, whether a problem was solved before the next arrival, who solved it, the units with the most reports and completed services.
Costs, owners and units
Costs shows the cost by item and by month, and for each owner a statement of costs and billable nights. The gas report shows deliveries, bottles, the time from report to delivery and reports nobody accepted in time.
Units shows, for each unit, its cleanings, the last deep clean, problem reports, gas and guest nights with occupancy.
Work that was done stays in the reports
Camppy records every step of a cleaning: start, handover, inspection, rework and block, and who was on the team. Reports therefore count what was later corrected as well.
A submitted or completed cleaning, a completed task and a gas delivery cannot be deleted. An archived team or team member keeps their name in reports and history.

About reports
Who can see the reports?
Reports are part of the administrator’s view. Reception works as an administrator in Camppy, so it sees them too. Cleaners, supervisors and technicians do not.
Can we compare this season with last year?
Yes. For the period you choose, a year or a month, the figures are compared with the same period of the previous year.
Can we take the data out of Camppy?
Yes. Reports and owner statements export as CSV, as do units, tasks, gas, bookings and the activity log for a chosen year.
