Cleaning board
Plan the whole day on one board, move work between cleaners, and commit when it's right. Nothing goes live to the team until you save it.
Once bookings are entered into Camppy, arrivals and departures automatically become cleanings and a daily schedule. Managers work from one board; field teams from their phones.

One day across the cleaning teams, 07:00 to 18:00: five cleanings by unit, laid out per team. Guest check-out is at 10:00 and check-in at 15:00 — every cleaning has to fit between them.
Camppy creates the cleanings from your bookings. The manager then reviews the day, assigns work to teams and sees whether every unit can be ready between check-out and check-in.
The schedule lives in WhatsApp, a spreadsheet and someone's head.
Everyone sees one published version of the schedule.
Reception calls to ask whether a unit is ready.
The current unit status is visible without another call.
A cleaner reaches the unit before the guest has left.
The unit stays blocked until departure is confirmed.
Add guest arrivals and departures or an owner stay. Camppy knows when a unit becomes available for cleaning.
A departure creates the required cleaning, and the manager assigns it to a team from one operations board.
Field staff see today's order, update the status and report an issue directly from the unit.
Turn on what you need, per camp. Leave the rest off until you want it.

Recurring jobs, templates, subtasks and one-off requests — for maintenance, services and everything that isn't a clean. Each with its own checklist so nothing gets skipped.
Installs from the browser as an app on any phone. Push notifications when work is assigned, and a read cache that keeps the list on screen when the signal drops behind the sanitary block.
Unit owners sign in and see their own units, bookings and statements. A unit can have several owners — each sees only their share, and none of them has to call you to check.
Know which unit is running low before the guest finds out mid-shower. Every delivery and swap is logged against the unit.
Occupancy, team output and cost per owner — from the same data the team enters while working, so there's no second spreadsheet to maintain.
Everyone opens the same app and lands somewhere different. Nobody scrolls past work that isn't theirs.
Most multi-tenant apps separate customers with a filter in application code. One missed filter and data crosses. Camppy doesn't work that way.
Every table carries a row-level security policy. The database itself refuses to return another camp's rows — for every role, without exception.
What a cleaner or an owner may read and write is decided on the server, not by hiding buttons in the interface.
Data stays on EU infrastructure, with encrypted transport and daily backups.
Including the ones where the answer is “not yet”.
Not today. Bookings are entered in Camppy by your team. Calendar and channel-manager integrations are on the roadmap — we'll tell you plainly when they're ready, rather than before.
A phone and a browser. Camppy installs from the browser as an app — no app store, no laptop, no training day. A cleaner opens it and sees only their own list for today.
You don't have to move the whole operation at once. You can start with units, bookings and the cleaning schedule, then add tasks, the owner portal, gas tracking and reports later.
Yes. Ownership is many-to-many, so a single unit can belong to several owners. Each of them signs in and sees only their own units, bookings and statements — never each other's.
By row-level security in PostgreSQL. Separation is a rule inside the database that applies to every request and every role without exception — not a filter in the app that a bug could bypass.
English and Croatian. Language is set per user, so a manager can work in English while the cleaning team works in Croatian.
Seasonal licences start at €2,500. Pricing depends on the number of active units and the features you need, not the number of users. After a short call, we'll recommend the right package and provide a concrete quote for your campsite or agency.
