For managers

The whole site on one board, and the numbers at month end

In the morning you want to know who cleans what and which arrival is at risk. At the end of the month you want to know how it went. In Camppy both sit with the administrator.

The morning: who cleans what

Cleanings come from arrivals and departures, and the day is on one board: teams in rows, hours in columns. What is still unassigned waits in its own row. You move what has not started yet, and changes wait as a draft until you save them; for today you can save and notify the team.

When automatic assignment is on, Camppy picks a team for each new cleaning, starting with the team responsible for the unit’s zone. A team you chose by hand stays.

  • A warning when the same unit has several cleanings or a team gets work on a day it does not work.
  • Team workload shows capacity, working days and how busy each team is.

The “Cleaning Schedule” screen for Monday, September 7: four teams in lanes from 07:00 to 18:00, a check-out line at 10:00 and a check-in line at 15:00, and a blue current-time line at 12:35. Unit cards carry the booking situation and a status: guest-ready, awaiting check, done, cleaning in progress or awaiting cleaning. The bottom lane, “Unassigned”, holds one cleaning still waiting for a team.

CHECK-IN 15:00

Camppy creates the cleanings from your bookings. The manager then reviews the day, assigns work to teams and sees whether every unit can be ready between check-out and check-in.

During the day: what is at risk

The Today dashboard lists every unit with work today: departures, turnovers, arrivals into units that are not ready, and every unit with a cleaning today. Problems are at the top: blocked, an arrival without a cleaning, no team, a late start, a cleaning that ends after the guests arrive.

Beside the plan are the open tasks that affect guests today, such as an empty gas bottle or a fault in a unit where a guest is staying or arriving, with who is handling each one. The activity log shows who did what in the field.

At the end of the month: the numbers

Reports are grouped by topic: overview, readiness, teams, quality, problems and tasks, gas, costs and units. Each covers a month or a year, compares it with the same period last year and lists what stands out from the average, with filters by team, cleaning type and location.

You see how many units were ready by check-in time, how long cleanings really took compared with the plan, how many passed inspection first time and how long repairs took. Where units have owners, costs and billable nights are shown for each owner.

  • Reports, statements and data can be exported to CSV.
  • Finished work cannot be deleted, so the history and the numbers stay complete.

Everyone else sees only their part

Cleaners, inspectors and technicians each have their own view, and inspector and technician roles can be switched off if your site does not have them. Prices for cleaning, tasks, extras and gas are seen by the administrator and the unit owner, not by the staff who do or check the work.

Questions

Questions managers ask

Who on our team sees the reports?

Reports, the activity log, users and settings are for administrators. Reception, the owner of the business and anyone else who runs the site work as administrators.

Can we compare this season with last season?

Yes. Every report covers a month or a year and is compared with the same period the year before.

Do I still have to plan the day myself?

You decide. With automatic assignment on, Camppy picks a team for each new cleaning, and unassigned cleanings can be placed with one click as a proposal you review. Anything that has not started can still be moved.

Tell us how you organise cleaning today.
