When the same people do everything
In a small campsite the person who runs the day also cleans, and the cleaner also checks and fixes things. Camppy lets you set it up the way you actually work.
One person, several jobs
For each person you tick everything they do: Cleaner, Supervisor, Technician, or several at once. Camppy shows them the work of each job they do, without separate accounts.
An administrator can be on a cleaning team too. Then they see their own cleanings for the day, start them and finish them like anyone else on the team.
Switch off the roles you do not have
If nobody in your campsite only inspects, switch off the Supervisor role. No cleaning type then requires an inspection, so a cleaning is done when the cleaner finishes it.
If you have no separate technician, switch off the Technician role. Maintenance tasks stay with the people who are allowed to do them, for example an administrator or a cleaner.
Up and running without a long setup
A campsite without cleaning types gets starter types, a checklist and cleaning rules in one click. The administrator’s home page shows the steps to get started, property and units, team, first booking and cleaning rules, and ticks them off as they are done.
- Staff sign in with a four-digit PIN, without an email address.
- There is no limit on the number of users.
- You choose who may open tasks, and a cleaner on that list can open one for any unit.
About small teams
Do we need a supervisor to use Camppy?
No. Inspection is set per cleaning type, and with the Supervisor role switched off it is not required anywhere. With the role on, an administrator can sign off an inspection too.
Can I clean myself and still manage the schedule?
Yes. An administrator can be a member of a cleaning team. You see your own cleanings for the day and keep full access to the schedule and settings.
Does someone who does two jobs need two logins?
No. One person has one login, and you tick every job they do, for example Cleaner and Supervisor.
