Several campsites, one account
If you run more than one campsite, you sign in once and switch between them. Each campsite keeps its own units, team and settings, and the subscription counts units, not campsites.
Switch between campsites
When your account has access to several campsites, you choose the one you want to open, and Camppy switches to it. Everything you see after that belongs to the open campsite.
In each campsite a person has the role that campsite gave them, so someone can run one campsite and only clean in another.
Each campsite set up its own way
Data and permissions are kept separate per campsite. The separation is enforced in the database itself, by a rule that applies to every request and every role.
- Business type: campsite, owner campsite or agency.
- Its own logo and colours, and its own subdomain.
- Supervisor and Technician roles switched on or off for that campsite.
- Its own season, cleaning types and teams.
You pay for units, not for campsites
The units of all campsites in the contract are added up, with no subscription per campsite. One campsite with 30 units and one with 50 count as 80 units.
Units added during the year, including those of a new campsite, are billed pro rata until the end of the existing contract.
About several campsites
Do we need a separate login for each campsite?
No. You sign in with one account and switch between the campsites you have access to.
Can staff in one campsite see the other campsite’s data?
No. Data and permissions are separate per campsite, and a person sees a campsite only if they have access to it, with the role they have there.
Do we pay a subscription for each campsite?
No. All units under the same contract are billed together. A new campsite added during the year is billed pro rata until the end of the contract.
