For inspectors

See what is running late before the guest does

An inspector walks from unit to unit with a phone. Camppy shows which cleanings are waiting for a check, which are still on today’s schedule and what has already been confirmed.

Today’s inspections on the phone

The inspector’s home screen is “Today’s inspections” in three parts: “Awaiting check”, “Scheduled today” and “Confirmed today”. You see what is ready for you now and what is still coming, so you know where the day is falling behind before a guest is at the door.

Where cleanings carry photos, you see them before you confirm. Prices are not shown to inspectors.

Start, then confirm or send back

You start the inspection first, then finish it. When everything is right, you confirm it and the unit becomes “Guest-ready”. If something is wrong, you send the cleaning back for rework and write what needs fixing; the cleaner sees it.

Until you start, the cleaner can take a handed-in cleaning back and carry on, and you get a notification about it. Inspection is switched on per cleaning type, so not every cleaning has to wait for you.

Your zones first, the rest still visible

An inspector can be given priority zones. Inspections there come first on the list and you get a notification when a cleaning waits for confirmation. You still see and confirm the others, and units nobody covers go to all inspectors.

  • An inspector can be limited to certain locations and buildings, like other staff.
  • Inspectors can report an empty gas bottle for a unit.
  • Sign-in with a four-digit PIN on your own device, in your own language.
  • The inspector role can be switched off if your site does not have one; an administrator can confirm inspections too.
Questions

Questions inspectors ask

Does every cleaning have to be inspected?

No. Inspection is switched on per cleaning type. Where it is on, the unit is ready only after an inspector or administrator confirms it.

What happens when I send a cleaning back?

The cleaning goes back to the team for rework with the reason you wrote, and the cleaner sees what needs fixing. Rework also shows up in the quality report.

Do I only see units in my zone?

Your zones come first and send you notifications, but you still see and confirm the others.
