The whole cleaning day on one board
Camppy creates cleanings from arrivals and departures and puts the day on one board: teams in rows, hours in columns. You move what has not started yet and save when the plan is right.
Teams in rows, the day from left to right
Each team is a row and the day runs from left to right, with guest check-out and check-in lines across the board. A cleaning that has not started yet is dragged to another team or another time.
The same board works on a phone: the day scrolls sideways, you hold a card until it lifts and drag it to another team or time. A short tap opens the details.
The “Cleaning Schedule” screen for Monday, September 7: four teams in lanes from 07:00 to 18:00, a check-out line at 10:00 and a check-in line at 15:00, and a blue current-time line at 12:35. Unit cards carry the booking situation and a status: guest-ready, awaiting check, done, cleaning in progress or awaiting cleaning. The bottom lane, “Unassigned”, holds one cleaning still waiting for a team.

Camppy creates the cleanings from your bookings. The manager then reviews the day, assigns work to teams and sees whether every unit can be ready between check-out and check-in.
Cleanings come from bookings
Following the rules you set, Camppy creates cleanings in advance from departures and arrivals: for a turnover, when one guest leaves and another arrives the same day, for a departure only and for an arrival only. How far ahead they are created can be set, up to two weeks.
Cleaning types are your own: names, prices, durations and priorities, with different prices and durations for different unit categories. Arrival preparation exists in every campsite that has cleaning types.
Changes wait until you save them
Changes on the board are prepared as a draft. When the plan is right, you save it, and for today you can save it and notify the team.
When automatic assignment is on, Camppy picks a team for each new cleaning. The team responsible for the unit’s zone comes first; if it is busy that day or would not make it before the guest arrives, the cleaning goes to a team that can do it earlier. A team you picked by hand stays.
- Unassigned cleanings can be placed with one click: Camppy prepares a proposal, you review it and save or discard it.
- A warning appears when the same unit has several cleanings or a team is given work on a day it does not work.
- When a team does not work on a day, its cleanings for that day that have not started go back to Unassigned.
- Team workload shows capacity, working days and how busy each team is.
About the cleaning schedule
Does the team see a change straight away?
A cleaning that has a team is visible to that team as soon as it exists. Changes you make on the board wait as a draft until you save them; for today you can save and notify the team.
Does Camppy build the schedule by itself?
When automatic assignment is on, Camppy picks a team for every new cleaning, giving priority to the team responsible for the unit’s zone. You can still move anything that has not started.
How far ahead are cleanings created?
The planning period is adjustable, up to two weeks ahead. Cleanings appear in the schedule from arrivals and departures within that period.
