A large campsite, split into zones
With several teams across a large campsite, the question is who works where. In Camppy you split the campsite into zones, give teams and supervisors their part, and still see the whole day in one place.
Teams by zone
A zone is a part of the campsite, for example “Zone A” by the sea, and every unit is in one zone. Each team can have priority zones: automatic assignment prefers units there, and the team can still help in other zones.
When automatic assignment is on, the team responsible for the unit’s zone gets the new cleaning first. If it is busy that day or would not make it before the guest arrives, the cleaning goes to a team that can do it earlier. The team workload view shows capacity, working days and how busy each team is.
The “Cleaning Schedule” screen for Monday, September 7: four teams in lanes from 07:00 to 18:00, a check-out line at 10:00 and a check-in line at 15:00, and a blue current-time line at 12:35. Unit cards carry the booking situation and a status: guest-ready, awaiting check, done, cleaning in progress or awaiting cleaning. The bottom lane, “Unassigned”, holds one cleaning still waiting for a team.

Camppy creates the cleanings from your bookings. The manager then reviews the day, assigns work to teams and sees whether every unit can be ready between check-out and check-in.
Supervisors with their own zones
A supervisor can be given priority zones. Inspections there come first on their list, and they are notified when a cleaning in those zones is waiting for a check. They still see and sign off the others.
Units that no supervisor covers go to all supervisors, so nothing is left without a check.
Staff only where they work
A team, or a single person, can be limited to some locations or properties. Nothing outside them can be assigned to them, not even by hand, and they do not see gas reports or notices for other units. Without a limit, they work in the whole campsite.
- A new maintenance task suggests a maintenance team allowed on that unit, with priority for the team of its zone.
- A gas deliverer limited to locations or properties sees and takes only the reports for those units.
The whole day in one place
The Today page shows every unit with work today in one table, with its category and zone, and with problems at the top. You can filter it by status and by team.
Reports can be narrowed by team, cleaning type and location, so you see how each part of the campsite is doing.
About large campsites
Does a team only work in its own zone?
No. A zone gives a team priority, not a boundary: the team can still help elsewhere. To keep a team away from other units, limit it to locations or properties.
Does Camppy plan the best route through the campsite?
No. When automatic assignment is on, Camppy picks a team for each new cleaning, with priority for the zone team. The manager can move any cleaning that has not started.
Can each supervisor have their own part of the campsite?
Yes. Give each supervisor priority zones. Their inspections come first and they are notified about them, while units nobody covers go to all supervisors.
