Camppy or Torro?
Both are Croatian tools for cleaning and maintenance of holiday accommodation that work next to the PMS you already use. Torro is built for apartments and short-term rental agencies; Camppy for campsites, mobile homes and the agencies that work in them.
We took the Torro details from its website on 4 November 2026. If something has changed, let us know and we will correct it.
Camppy is the closer fit if
- you clean and maintain units on a campsite, with zones, gas bottles and mobile homes of different owners
- your team speaks different languages and everyone should pick their own in the app (12 languages)
- you want owners to sign in and see their units and statement themselves
- you have many units: Camppy is €4 per unit per month
Torro is the closer fit if
- you manage apartments at many addresses in a city, so assignment by travel time between apartments matters
- you want to try without a contract: Torro offers 30 days free and cancel any time
- you use Rentlio, Beds24, Hostaway or Lodgify, which Torro lists as active integrations
- you send owners a monthly PDF report with a commission calculation
What each one does
Camppy as it works in the app; Torro as described on its website.
| Topic | Camppy | Torro |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | Campsites, mobile homes and holiday rentals; cleaning agencies working on campsites. | Short-term rental agencies and managers; the website talks about apartments. |
| Bookings | From the PMS or channel manager you already use; we set up the connection with you during onboarding. Bookings can also be imported from an iCal link or entered by hand. | PMS integrations: Rentlio, Beds24, Hostaway and Lodgify marked active; Avantio, Guesty, Smoobu and Tokeet marked coming soon. |
| Creating cleanings | Following the rules you set: for a same-day turnover, a check-out on its own and an arrival on its own. | As soon as a booking is confirmed, Torro creates a cleaning task with the check-out date. |
| Assigning teams | The team responsible for the unit’s zone comes first; if it would not make it, a team that can start earlier gets the job. A team chosen by hand stays. | An algorithm plans each cleaner’s day from travel times, next check-in deadlines and workload, and the manager reviews it before confirming. It can also run automatically every day. |
| Schedule | One board for the whole day: teams in rows, hours in columns, check-out and check-in lines across. | Tasks are dragged across the schedule and reassigned, and a cleaner’s route can be reordered. |
| Staff app | Runs in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen. Cleaners, inspectors and technicians sign in with a four-digit PIN. | An installed app that shows each cleaner only her tasks for the day, with the address, access rules and guest details. |
| Checklists and photos | A checklist per cleaning type; a cleaning cannot be finished until every item is ticked. Photos can be optional or required. | Checklists tailored to each apartment; a task is finished with a photo. |
| Quality control | Inspection is switched on per cleaning type; the inspector approves the unit or sends it back for rework. | The manager rates each checklist item as OK or Bad, and a report shows each cleaner’s pass rate. |
| Faults and maintenance | A problem report blocks the cleaning and notifies the manager and the inspector; for a fault or damage the manager creates a maintenance task, and technicians have their own task list with priorities. | A reported problem automatically becomes a maintenance task; missing items are tracked as a separate task. |
| Owners | Owner portal (add-on): owners sign in and see their units and a monthly statement with nights and costs. | A branded PDF report with revenue, costs and payout, with seven commission models; the manager emails it. |
| Campsite | Zones linked to teams, gas bottle requests and deliveries, the cot flag from the booking. | We did not find campsites mentioned on the website. |
| Languages | Twelve interface languages; each user picks their own. | The website is in Croatian and English; we did not find the app’s languages on the website. |
| No signal | The app shows the last loaded data, and photos taken without a signal are sent once the connection is back. | We did not find offline use described on the website. |
| Users | Unlimited users. | Unlimited team members. |
| Price | €4 per unit per month, minimum 20 units; volume discount and 15% off when paying a year upfront. Excluding VAT. | €19 per apartment for apartments 1–5, €15 for 6–30 and €9 from 31, per month. Excluding VAT. |
| Contract and trial | 12-month contract; if Camppy is not right for you in the first month of use, we refund the subscription you paid. | No contract, cancel any time; 30-day free trial. |
| Onboarding | We set Camppy up: for early customers, onboarding is included. We help prepare your units, set up the basic processes and introduce your team to the app. | No setup fee, free onboarding. |
What it costs per month

Try CamppyCamppy and Torro
Is Camppy cheaper than Torro?
By the price lists, yes, for the same number of units: Camppy is €4 per unit per month, Torro €9 to €19 per apartment depending on how many you have. Camppy comes with a 12-month contract, while Torro has no contract and a 30-day trial.
Do I have to change my PMS?
No. Like Torro, Camppy works next to the booking system you already use. We set up the connection with you during onboarding, and you can also import bookings from an iCal link or enter them by hand.
Does Camppy work for apartments too?
Yes. Camppy was born on a campsite, but it works for any accommodation with guest turnovers, including holiday rental apartments.
