If Camppy isn’t right for you in your first month of use, we refund the full subscription amount you paid.
What’s included in Camppy?
No choosing between cleaning and maintenance: it’s all in the same subscription. The owner portal is the only add-on.
- Cleaning board and scheduling by team
- Cleanings created automatically from bookings
- Booking import via iCal link and manual entry
- Mobile view for housekeeping staff
- Maintenance and work orders with priorities
- Mobile view for technicians
- Assigning and tracking operational tasks
- Gas bottle tracking and replacement
- Accommodation units and their statuses
- Team organisation
- Overview of the day’s operations
- Operations reports
Owner portal: fewer calls, fewer WhatsApp messages and less manual admin.
The owner portal moves the back-and-forth with owners into Camppy.
An agency manages 100 mobile homes belonging to different owners. Without a portal, it collects bookings and gas reports by phone and message. With the portal, owners enter that information in Camppy themselves, and your team sees it in the same place as cleaning.
- An owner enters and edits bookings and their own stays.
- They report an empty gas bottle in the app and are notified when it is delivered.
- They see only their own units, bookings and a monthly cost overview.
- A unit can have several owners, each with their own login.
Simple and clear.
If you have special processes or a more complex rollout, get in touch and we’ll go through the details together.
How are units billed?
You pay the number of accommodation units times the price per unit. If you add the owner portal, the price per unit goes up by the add-on amount. Minimum billing is 20 units: if you have fewer, you pay the amount for 20. The first 50 units are at full price, units 51 to 150 cost 15% less, and every unit above 150 costs 30% less. Each discount applies only to units in its own band.
What does the owner portal include?
The owner portal is an add-on to the subscription. An owner sees only their own units, and for them enters, edits and deletes bookings, their own stays and blocked dates, reports gas bottle replacement and sees a monthly cost overview. Bookings that come in from an iCal calendar can be confirmed by the owner, but their dates can’t be changed.
What if we manage several campsites?
All accommodation units under the same contract are billed together, with no extra subscription per campsite. If you have one campsite with 30 units and one with 50, you pay for 80 units. You switch between campsites from the same account.
Can we add units during the year?
Yes. New units, including those from a new campsite, are billed pro rata until the end of your current contract.
What is the difference between monthly and annual payment?
Either way, the contract runs for 12 months, and there is no month-to-month subscription. With monthly payment you pay the regular price every month. With annual payment you pay for the whole year in advance, and the subscription is 15% lower.
What does setup include?
For our first customers, standard onboarding is included with a 12-month contract, whether you pay monthly or annually. We help you prepare your accommodation units, set up the basic processes and introduce your team to the app. More complex migrations and customisations are agreed separately.
Do you charge for every employee?
No. The subscription includes unlimited users: reception, managers, supervisors, technicians and the field team.
What if we are not satisfied?
You get your money back. If Camppy isn’t right for you, tell us within the first month and we refund the full subscription amount you paid. The month starts on the day Camppy is set up and your team starts working in it, not on the day you pay. The guarantee applies to a new customer’s first season.
What does “price on request” from 350 units mean?
For 350 or more units, we prepare a quote based on how you operate. Get in touch using the button in the calculator.
