For agencies

Cleaning and maintenance across locations and owners

For agencies that look after other people's apartments, houses and mobile homes: one schedule for every location, the team's work on their phones, and a statement for each owner built from the work that was done.

Units, properties and locations

A unit is what you rent out and clean: an apartment, studio, room, house or mobile home. Units of the same house or building sit under one property, and the location says which place they are in, such as Biograd or Pakoštane. Within a location, units can also be split into zones.

Bookings arrive from the PMS or channel manager you already use, and we set up that connection with you during onboarding. They can also be imported from an iCal link or entered by hand. Following the rules you set, Camppy creates the cleanings from departures and arrivals.

One schedule for every location

The whole day sits on one board: teams in rows, hours in columns. Under each unit is its location, and the board can be narrowed to a single location.

When a team moves from one location to another, the board shows the travel between the two cleanings, as long as the time you entered for that pair of locations. If the next cleaning starts sooner, the strip turns amber. A cleaning moved on the board keeps that time from its neighbours.

A team can have priority locations: automatic assignment prefers units there, and the team can still help elsewhere. Or limit a team to some locations or properties, and nothing outside them can be assigned to it, not even by hand.

Turnover Departure Arrival Problem

The “Cleaning Schedule” screen for Monday, September 7: four teams in lanes from 07:00 to 18:00, units at three locations — Biograd, Pakoštane and Sv. Filip i Jakov — with the location under each unit. Where a team moves to another location, a hatched strip between two cleanings shows the 30 minutes of travel. The bottom lane, “Unassigned”, holds one cleaning still waiting for a team.

CHECK-IN 15:00

The move between locations is on the board. Between two cleanings at different places, the team's row shows the travel and how long it takes, so you can see whether the day still fits between check-out and check-in.

The team on their phones

Each cleaner sees their cleanings for the day on their phone. Cleaners, supervisors and technicians can sign in with a four-digit PIN, without an email address.

On the cleaning screen they tick off the checklist and finish once every item is ticked. A fault, damage or missing linen is reported from the same screen, and the manager and the supervisor are notified.

Maintenance is kept separate from cleaning: the technician has their own task list, each task with its priority.

Owners see their own units

Each owner signs in to the owner portal and sees only their own units, bookings and a statement month by month: guest nights and the cost of cleaning, maintenance and services, plus gas where you track it. One unit can have several owners, each with their own login.

An owner enters and edits bookings and their own stays, reports an empty gas bottle and can request a linen change for their unit.

The statement is calculated the same way as the owner statements in your reports, so what the owner sees matches what you bill from. It is not an invoice: the official invoice still comes from the agency.

In an agency

Examples from everyday agency work

Mobile homes in several campsites

If your owners' mobile homes stand in different campsites, each campsite can be a location. The team's day runs across campsites, and each owner sees only their own mobile homes.

Extra work as a service

Extra work for an owner is recorded as a service. It counts once it is done and appears as its own line on the owner's statement.

Several owners in one unit

A unit can belong to several owners. Each of them signs in and sees only their own units, bookings and statements, never each other's.

Gas bottles

Where units run on gas bottles, the owner reports an empty bottle for their unit. The delivery stays on record in the unit's history, and the bottles appear on the statement.

Questions for your evaluation

Do we have to change our booking system?

No. Camppy is not a PMS or a channel manager: you keep managing bookings where you manage them today. Camppy connects to that system, and we set up the connection with you during onboarding. Bookings can also be imported from an iCal link or entered by hand.

Can one team work at several locations?

Yes. A team works wherever there is work, unless you limit it to some locations or properties. Between cleanings at different locations, the board leaves the travel time you entered for that pair of locations, by car or on foot, the same in both directions.

What does an owner see?

Only their own units, bookings and statement, never another owner's. They see it in the owner portal, an add-on to the Camppy package priced per unit.

Is the statement an invoice?

No. The statement shows the cost of recorded, completed work for each month and for the year. The official invoice still comes from the agency.

Tell us how you organise cleaning today.

Your units, your teams, the booking system you use, how you build the daily schedule. We'll reply with a package recommendation and a quote.

  • We set Camppy up for you
  • Priced by active units and features, not by users
  • Start with the cleaning schedule, add the rest later
