For campsites and operators managing cleaning teams

From booking to ready unit — without the WhatsApp chaos.

Camppy connects your booking calendars to the cleaning schedule. Arrivals and departures automatically become the cleanings you need, the manager runs everything from one board, and the field team works from their phones.

The “Cleaning Schedule” screen for Monday, September 7: four teams in lanes from 07:00 to 18:00, a check-out line at 10:00 and a check-in line at 15:00, and a blue current-time line at 12:35. Unit cards carry the booking situation and a status: cleaned, cleaning in progress or not started. The bottom lane, “Unassigned”, holds one cleaning still waiting for a team.

CHECK-IN 15:00

Camppy creates the cleanings from your bookings. The manager then reviews the day, assigns work to teams and sees whether every unit can be ready between check-out and check-in.

Before and after Camppy

One schedule. One status. No checking three different places.

  • Before Camppy

The schedule lives in WhatsApp, a spreadsheet and someone's head.

    With Camppy

Everyone sees one published version of the schedule.

  • Before Camppy

Reception calls to ask whether a unit is ready.

    With Camppy

The unit status is visible without another call.

  • Before Camppy

A cleaner reaches the unit before the guest has left.

    With Camppy

The unit stays blocked until departure is confirmed.

How it works

From booking calendar to a task on the team's phone.

  1. Connect your booking calendars

Once connected, Camppy imports arrivals and departures from a compatible iCal calendar provided by your channel manager or booking platform. Individual bookings can also be added by hand.

  2. Camppy creates the cleanings you need

From each departure and the next arrival, Camppy works out what needs cleaning and by when the unit has to be ready.

  3. The manager schedules, the team gets it done

The manager reviews and publishes the schedule. On their phones, the field team sees the order of work, updates the status and reports an issue from the unit.

Key features

Everything a cleaning operation needs, in one place

iCal calendar sync

Once connected, Camppy imports arrivals and departures from a compatible iCal calendar provided by your channel manager or booking platform.

Cleaning board and schedule

The whole day on one board. Move work between teams and publish the schedule when it's right.

Mobile field team

The team sees their list on a phone, with no app store install. Tap to start, tap to finish, report an issue from the unit.

Unit statuses and inspections

Reception sees whether a unit is ready without calling. The supervisor inspects a cleaned unit and approves it.

Tasks and checklists

Maintenance, services and one-off requests, each with its own checklist so nothing gets skipped.

Reports and operational overview

Occupancy, team output and cost per owner — from the same data the team enters while working.

Who it's for

Everyone sees their own part of the job.

One app, three views. Each person sees only what they need.

Manager's viewThe whole site on one board — today, tomorrow and what's still unassigned. Plus the numbers at the end of the month.
Supervisor's viewInspects cleaned units and approves them. Sees what's running late before the guest does.
Field teamToday's units, in the order they should be done, on a phone. Tap to start, tap to finish.

Unit owners and technicians have their own views too: owners see their units and statements, technicians see maintenance jobs kept separate from cleaning.

Security

Every camp's data is separated at the database level.

Access by role

What each person may see and change is set by their role and enforced on the server.

EU infrastructure

Data stays on infrastructure in the European Union.

Encrypted transport

All data moving between phones, browsers and the server is encrypted.

FAQ

What we're asked most

How do bookings get into Camppy?

You connect your booking calendars through a compatible iCal link from your channel manager or booking platform. Camppy imports arrivals and departures and uses them to create the cleanings you need. The manager reviews and publishes the schedule. Individual bookings, such as an owner stay, can also be added by hand.

What do cleaners need to use it?

A phone and a browser. Camppy installs from the browser as an app, without an app store or lengthy training. A cleaner opens it and sees only their own list for today.

Do we have to move our whole operation at once?

No. You can start with units, booking calendars and the cleaning schedule, then add tasks, the owner portal, gas tracking and reports later.

Can one unit have more than one owner?

Yes. A single unit can belong to several owners. Each of them signs in and sees only their own units, bookings and statements — never each other's.

How is our data kept separate from other camps?

At the database level. Separation per camp is enforced by row-level security in PostgreSQL — a rule inside the database itself that applies to every request and every role, not a filter in the app.

What languages does the interface support?

Croatian, English, Slovene, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Ukrainian, Albanian, Nepali and Filipino. Language is set per user, so a manager can work in English while each team member works in their own language.

How much does Camppy cost?

Pricing depends on the number of active units and the features you need, not the number of users. After a short call, we'll recommend the right package and provide a concrete quote for your campsite or agency.
